Terms and Conditions for Daily Arrangements and Deliveries at Bonita Florist Flower Shop
At Bonita Florist, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the satisfaction of our valued clients. We understand the importance of security and fulfillment for online shoppers and, thus, have established the following policies to address concerns regarding order processing, delivery, and quality assurance:
Order Placement: Order Fulfillment and Quality Assurance
- If a delivered arrangement is perceived to have quality issues, recipients are advised to contact Bonita Florist within 24 hours to request a replacement. Please note that flowers are perishable and require proper care, and failure to notify us within the stipulated timeframe may invalidate a replacement.
- Bonita Florist reserves the right to decline questionable or potentially fraudulent orders. We may contact the sender to verify the information provided, and orders deemed fraudulent will not be processed.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations. It is the discretion of the owner if store credit will be issued.
- In the event of unavailability of specific flowers or items, Bonita Florist will make substitutions of equal value or greater to fulfill orders to the best of our ability.
- We are not liable for orders refused by recipients. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
- Customers are responsible for the care of floral arrangements once picked up from the store. No refunds will be provided.
- Allowance for substitutions implies consent for Bonita Florist to use alternative flowers or containers while endeavoring to maintain the essence of the original order.
- Incorrect Address/Re-Delivery Changes to address information or incorrect addresses after the order has been placed resulting in a re-delivery will be subject to an additional delivery charge.
